Spring 2016
LAW194  AW  THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE CRUISE INDUSTRY

Course Description
Various bodies of law and regulation have an impact on the cruise industry. The laws of many countries and transnational legal regimes govern relations between those who participate in the industry. Students in the seminar will be expected to make a presentation and write a paper on one body of law. Particular issues will emerge as we first meet with inside counsel from the cruise companies, examining them about their work.
