Course Description
This course is designed to introduce students to and prepare them for advanced study and research in the fields of wills, trusts, and estates law. Uniform codes, rather than the law of any one jurisdiction, will provide the statutory framework for this class. Although lecture is the primary format, students are expected to have read all assignments thoroughly and to be prepared to participate meaningfully when called on in class.
