Fall 2016
LAW712  AS  CRIMINAL EVIDENCE W/S

Course Description
This workshop is not for everyone. It is designed for the student willing to undergo the rigors of mock trials in an effort to master the tactics and strategies of the courtroom and the rules of evidence. The only proven method of learning trial skills is by doing them. Each student will conduct a voir dire, a jury argument, and an examination of witnesses. The only test is your ability to stand on your feet and think through a problem. The teacher has been a trial lawyer for 45 years and an adjunct professor for 40. Some aspects of this course may overlap with Litigation Skills I.
