LAW877  A  LITIGATION SKILLS II: BUSINESS

Course Description
This advanced skills training course will follow the simulation/critique teaching model, and will include the use of outside witnesses, demonstrations and team teaching. Skills that will be emphasized include case analysis, development and execution of a theory of the case from jury selection through closing argument, and analysis of advanced issues of substantive law; in-depth practice in the use and examination of experts; case management and evidence retrieval; professional responsibility and other issues common to the complex case. NOTE: Class size is limited to 12
