Analysis of the Florida Statutes and Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure regulating the trial of criminal cases. Arrest, bail, preliminary hearing, pretrial motions, indictments, information, grand jury arraignment, speedy trial, instructions to the jury, verdict, pre-sentence investigation, sentence, post-trial motions.
