Course Description
The course covers the judicial system in Latin America by exploring and furthering the understudying of civil litigation and legal culture. The course covers comparative civil procedure & ADR mechanisms by studying Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Costa Rica & Panama.
The class is taught in Spanish to further the technical vocabulary & the other language skills.
