LAW832  AS  CIVIL RIGHTS PRACTICUM

Course Description
This practicum is only open to students who are currently taking, or have taken, Civil Rights Litigation with Professor Jones. This practicum will provide an opportunity to work directly with prominent civil rights attorneys on important civil rights issues.

The Practicum student will generally be assigned to work on an actual cases or projects with civil rights organizations, lawyers, government agencies, or legislators. Students will have an opportunity to do legal work ranging from interviewing, drafting documents, research and/or participating in hearings or in trial.
