LAW176  A  IMAGES OF EVIL IN CRIMINAL LAW

Course Description
The course is about the relation between Criminal Law and imagery. It will focus on the narrative of offense definitions (theft, robbery, burglary, arson, rape and so on) considering how it mirrors corresponding images of evil, elaborated by society, ethics, and law makers.

Professor Michele Papa is a guest lecturer for this course.
