Course Description
This advanced bankruptcy seminar will explore current issues in the field of bankruptcy law, in both the consumer and business contexts. Students will read recent cases and commentary, but the focus of the course is on the paper that each student will prepare. Paper topics will be chosen by the students and approved by the professor.
