Course Description
This course focuses on the individual rights guaranteed by the First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. In particular, we will cover equal protection and substantive due process in the first half of the course, and the religion clauses and free speech clause in the second half. We will also examine methods of interpreting the Constitution.
