LAW534  A  TOPICS IN FLORIDA PRACTICE

Course Description
The objective of this course is to assist a student in his/her preparation of the Florida section of Florida Bar Exam by systemically reviewing Florida specific topics. Professor Sandon will introduce and/or review the rules for the commonly tested subjects. Students will write essays and receive feedback on the subjects tested in essay format. Additionally students will complete multiple choice questions and receive feedback on the subjects tested in multiple choice format. Essay subjects include: Florida Torts, Florida Contracts, Florida Real Property, Florida Trusts, Florida Family Law, Florida Constitutional Law, Secure Transactions, and Commercial Paper. The multiple choice subjects will include: Florida Civil and Criminal Procedure, Florida Probate Rules, Business Entities, and Florida Evidence. This course will be a 2-credit pass/fail course. This course is only open to third year law students. The textbook for the course is available for purchase from BarBri for $160. Details will be provided to students who enroll. Students who wish to audit this section should register for section B for 0 credits.
