Course Description
This course examines the origins of international human rights, including the concepts and characteristics, generations of rights, and systems of guarantees that provide protection at both the international and regional levels. This course also prepares students to be lawyers and citizens of the world by promoting critical thinking on current global issues, human rights advocacy, and professional responsibility.
