Course Description
This section is the Upper Level section. This Course will discuss the development and basics of liability for defective products. It will address manufacturing, design, and warning defects. It will also address allocation of responsibility and how to evaluated matters of causation. Other topics may include affirmative defenses, express and implied warranties, and federal preemption.
