I am mainly interested in what you see. For the second class, please read -- as carefully as you can -- Marbury v. Madison, see CB pages 18-27. Perhaps as early as the third class, we will take up McCulloch v. Maryland, see CB pages 198-207, and then Gibbons v. Ogden, see CB pages 213-20. Further assignments will be posted on the course TWEN page once active.
