LAW194  A  THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE CRUISE INDUSTRY

Course Description
This is an introduction to the laws governing the cruise industry. Its principal focus is on the rights of the 20 million Americans who cruise each year. There also will be discussion of seafarer rights under U.S. law. The environmental and social regulation of the burgeoning industry will be discussed.
