LAW606  AW  SELECT TOPICS IN ART AND MUSEUM LAW SEMINAR

Course Description
This course aims to generate a group of significant research papers on select topics in the fields of Art and Museum Law. The first part of the course focuses on legal research techniques and approaches to academic legal writing. The second part comprises class sessions introducing the topics that class members’ research papers will address. The final part consists of oral presentations of class members’ near final drafts of their papers for critique and suggestions from other members of the class. The research paper written for this course may be used to satisfy a writing requirement.
