I have posted the following materials on our course Blackboard page: (1) Syllabus and Assignment Schedule, and (2) week 1 reading materials. The reading materials include all of the documents for your first writing assignment. Please read all of these materials before the start of our first class and find/read the assigned cases.
As you'll see, your first writing assignment focuses on a summary judgment motion or opposition. You will be assigned to represent either the plaintiff or the defendant during our first class.
