  • Assignment: Greetings to all of the Class Action Litigants that have enrolled in my class!! If you are on the Waiting List, please note I will talk to the Dean and make sure that everyone is accepted into my class. Our first class will carefully go through the one federal and one state rule on class actions (that we will review every week): (1) Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.220 and (2) Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
