A TOPICS IN FLORIDA PRACTICE

Course Description
|
The objective of this course is to assist students in their preparation for the Florida section of Florida Bar Exam. Professor Sandon will introduce and review the rules for the commonly tested subjects. Students will write essays and receive detailed individual feedback. Additionally, students will complete simulated multiple-choice examinations. Subjects include: Florida Contracts, Florida Real Property, Florida Family Law, Florida Constitutional Law, Florida Civil and Criminal Procedure, Florida Wills and Probate, and Florida Business Entities. This course will be a 2-credit pass/fail course. This course is only open to third year law students. The required textbook for the course is purchased from BarBri for $160. Details will be provided to students who enroll.
