  • Assignment: Prior to our first class meeting, please do the following: (1) From the required text Barton & Smith, The Handbook for the New Legal Writer (2nd edition), read and be prepared to discuss Chapters 1-3. (2) Read Gulliver Schools, Inc. v. Snay and prepare a one-page summary of the case. This summary must be typed and double-spaced. Submit an electronic copy of this summary to my email address (cfrohock@law.miami.edu) prior to the first class. Be prepared to discuss the case in class. Both readings are attached below as PDF documents.
