LAW685  AW  ADVANCED ARBITRATION SEMINAR

Course Description
This seminar is open to J.D. and LL.M. students. It is intended for students who have already studied international arbitration and are ready to confront the challenge of writing a paper of publishable quality. Any student wishing to participate must apply and be individually admitted on the basis of a specific proposal for the paper. The priority deadline to submit paper proposals for consideration is Monday, October 29, 2018. Proposals should be no longer than a page and must be submitted as .pdf documents via email to Administrative Assistant Elina Escarda at exe234@law.miami.edu. Later submissions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
