The deadline to submit your Proof of Attendance form was January 24, 2025. This important date was noted in numerous email correspondences to attendees as well as on the virtual platform. The Institute website has also indicated this same information.
Due to strict reporting requirements imposed by the many accrediting agencies to which we apply, late Proof of Attendance forms will no longer be accepted.
